About the Arc of Hunterdon:

The Arc of Hunterdon, along with its Foundation, works diligently to create a place where people with developmental disabilities have the opportunity and capacity to play a meaningful role within their community. The Arc believes that children and adults with developmental and physical disabilities deserve the opportunity to realize their full potential. Each year The Arc of Hunterdon County serves over 500 individuals with disabilities. They are of all ages. The services they receive range from providing trained baby- sitters to job search and support, from financial assistance to helping parents manage the challenging behaviors of their children. The point of every service is to affirm the uniqueness of every person, no matter how disabling the impairment. The Arc of Hunterdon believes it’s the ability – not the disability that matters.

More information about the Arc and its programs can be found here in our website.
